The cRc Kosher invests considerable time and effort to find acceptable kosher liquor options for consumers. Please note that products which are certified-kosher are preferable to those listed as approved, as these avoid any kashrus issues.
Items listed as “Certified” do not require a kosher symbol to appear on the product unless they are such noted.
This list is updated regularly and should be considered accurate until December 31, 2024.
In 2010, AKO (Association of Kashrus Organizations) published an important letter regarding the issue of Jewish-owned whiskey manufacturers not selling their Chometz products for Pesach. See the 2010 AKO Whiskey Chometz Letter. (For updates to relevant products, see our complete Liquor List.)
