General Kashrus Policies

All meat which is cRc-certified, is served at cRc-certified venues, or offered for sale by cRc-certified establishments or cateres, is glatt kosher. Some meat is identified as meeting a higher standard known as "Beis Yosef". Consumers - particularly those of Sephardic descent - should consult with their Rabbi as to whether they should insist on meat which meets that standard.
