On your website you mention that spices are not kitnios. Why then is mustard listed as one of the species of kitnios? An indication to this is that the minhag of kitnios is discussed in Rema 453, but the minhag not to eat mustard is not mentioned in that location but rather in Rema 464. Furthermore, Rema in 464 says that mustard is "like kitnios" which further implies that it is not a standard kitnios item.
