Q. Does a spice grinder require tevillah?
A. Yes, tevillah should be performed with a bracha if the grinder has parts made from metal or glass. Tevillah is not required if the grinder is completely made of ceramic, wood, and/or a synthetic material (such as plastic).
The above is true regarding a standard spice grinder. In contrast, most disposable spice grinders do not require tevillah even if the "container" is glass. The only exception is in the uncommon situation when the grinder itself contains metal parts, in which case tevillah would be required, but no bracha would be recited.
