During the Three Weeks, the cRc policy is to not allow any cRc certified restaurants to have live or recorded music (acapella is allowed), and during the Nine Days they cannot serve meat, poultry, wine, or grape juice to their dine-in customers. These items are allowed to be sold to customers for carryout only.
All cRc meat restaurants that have special “Nine Days Menus” are pareve ingredients but are still considered meat equipment and should not be eaten directly with dairy products. One does not need to wait six hours after eating from these foods. |
